The Rocklin Teachers Professional Association (RTPA) is a charter of the California Teachers Association (CTA) and National Education Association (NEA). RTPA supports over 600 full and part-time certificated professionals within the Rocklin Unified School District.

Its primary mission is to support certificated personnel — including classroom teachers, psychologists, and counselors — by advocating for their rights, promoting high-quality public education, and ensuring clean, safe, and fully staffed learning environments for all students.
